Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Chief Investor Relations Officer at DigiFinex LLC. The Chief Investor Relations Officer will act as the key liaison between the company and its investors, articulating corporate strategy, financial performance, and business objectives. Daily responsibilities include managing investor communications, preparing detailed financial reports and presentations, conducting market and investor sentiment analysis, and collaborating with internal financial teams to ensure transparency and compliance with industry standards. The role also involves strategizing and leading initiatives to attract and maintain investor confidence and support. Qualifications Proven expertise in Investor Relations, with a strong ability to communicate financial and strategic insights to investors and stakeholders. Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Financial Modeling to evaluate and present meaningful insights from complex data. Deep knowledge of Finance and Accounting, with a strong understanding of corporate financial reporting, planning, and compliance. Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus. Experience in the digital asset or financial technology sectors is preferred, but not required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
