Role Description We are seeking a strategic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) for a full-time, remote position. The CMO will oversee the development and implementation of the company's marketing vision and strategy. Primary responsibilities include conducting market research, crafting marketing plans, driving public relations initiatives, and leading the execution of marketing campaigns. This role collaborates closely with sales and product teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure the delivery of impactful results. Qualifications Proven expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management, with a track record of successful campaign execution. Strong ability to perform comprehensive Market Research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights. Experience in managing Public Relations initiatives to build brand reputation and enhance public engagement. Demonstrable skills in aligned Sales and Marketing collaboration to support business growth and revenue goals. Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities, with the ability to inspire and drive cross-departmental collaboration. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with comfort in data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in utilizing marketing tools and technologies. Experience in fintech or a related industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
