Additional Job Description: WVUHS Medical Group seeks a dynamic and experienced Chief of Anesthesia to lead our team of physicians and CRNAs at Uniontown Hospital. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a commitment to providing excellent patient care, and a passion for the professional development of the healthcare team. Leadership and Administration: Provide strategic leadership to the Anesthesia team. Collaborate with hospital leadership to develop and implement policies and procedures. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes excellence in patient care and professional growth. Professional Development: Mentor and guide physicians and CRNAs. Facilitate ongoing education and training to ensure the team stays abreast of the latest advancements in the field. Encourage and support professional development activities for individual team members.
