Chief of Staff (CoS) About the Company Prominent provider of skilled nursing & personal care services Industry Hospital & Health Care Type Privately Held About the Role The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff (CoS) to serve as a strategic leadership partner to the President. The CoS will be responsible for turning the company's vision into action, aligning the executive team, and maintaining organizational focus and discipline. This role is pivotal in ensuring that strategic initiatives are well-aligned, actionable, and effectively executed and communicated across the organization. Key responsibilities include leading the annual strategic planning and goal-setting process, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans, and tracking progress. The CoS will also manage the executive leadership team, establish operational discipline, and drive a culture of accountability. Additionally, the role involves executive and internal communications, leading special projects, and serving as a trusted advisor and integrator. The ideal candidate for the Chief of Staff position at the company will have an MBA, MHA, MPH, or other advanced degree, with 8-15 years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, or leadership roles within healthcare, life sciences, or adjacent regulated industries. The CoS must be a strategic thinker with operational rigor, possess exceptional communication and influence skills, and have a high level of emotional intelligence. Strong project management, analytical, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to be a proactive problem solver and to handle highly confidential information with discretion and ethics. The successful candidate will be adept at stakeholder management, relationship building, and change management, and will demonstrate strong business and financial acumen, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
