Role Description This is a remote internship opportunity for the Chief of Staff role at CR Equity Ai, Inc. The Chief of Staff will assist senior leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives, manage cross-functional projects, and ensure organizational priorities are met. Daily responsibilities may include coordinating leadership meetings, preparing presentations and reports, analyzing operational data, and facilitating communication across teams. This hands-on role provides an opportunity to contribute to key business decisions and gain insights into the inner workings of a fast-paced, dynamic fintech organization. Qualifications Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills Excellent communication and presentation abilities Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights Proficiency in business software tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools Problem-solving aptitude and critical thinking Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively Experience in financial services, fintech, or a related industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (or currently pursuing a degree)
