Position Summary: This role acts as a strategic right hand to the CEO, supporting both business operations and personal priorities. The individual will oversee day-to-day coordination across scheduling, travel, communications, and lifestyle logistics, while leading a small team responsible for executive support. Serving as a key point of organization, this position ensures alignment across all moving parts of the CEO’s day-to-day. You’ll be responsible for creating structure, anticipating needs, and improving processes to keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes. This is a highly visible role requiring strong judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to operate with discretion in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. What You’ll Do: Oversee and coordinate the CEO’s calendar, travel, and daily priorities Manage and mentor a team of executive/personal support staff Act as a central point of communication across internal and external stakeholders Handle both professional and personal logistics with a high level of organization and confidentiality Identify opportunities to improve processes and streamline operations Proactively anticipate needs and resolve issues before they arise Who You Are: 5+ years supporting senior executives in a high-touch environment Bachelor’s degree required Comfortable providing standardized test scores (SAT/ACT) if requested Highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented Strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
