Position Overview Our client is a purpose-driven organization seeking a highly organized, strategic, and solutions-oriented Chief of Staff to support their President & Chief Dreamer (PCD) across a multi-entity ecosystem that spans entrepreneurship, media, operations, nonprofit impact, and brand development. This role serves as a strategic and operational partner responsible for improving organizational alignment, supporting executive priorities, strengthening internal systems, and helping move initiatives from vision to execution. Key Responsibilities Executive Strategy & Leadership Support Serve as a strategic thought partner to the PCD Support prioritization of initiatives across all entities Assist in translating vision into actionable plans and workflows Prepare executive briefs, reports, and strategic materials Support executive decision-making and organizational planning Organizational Alignment & Communication Coordinate leadership updates and strategic alignment processes Maintain visibility across projects, priorities, and deadlines Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders Support alignment across multiple organizational entities Project & Workflow Management Implement and manage project tracking systems Ensure initiatives have clear ownership, timelines, and deliverables Monitor progress and identify workflow gaps or inefficiencies Support accountability and timely execution across projects Systems & Operations Develop and document operational systems and SOPs Improve organizational workflows and coordination processes Support internal structure, efficiency, and operational clarity Assist with special projects and evolving organizational priorities Qualifications 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, executive support, consulting, or similar leadership support roles Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated problem-solving and strategic thinking skills Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and project management tools High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience Compensation & Structure Part-Time Independent Contractor Flexible schedule based on organizational needs Compensation: $25–$32 per hour Occasional domestic travel may be required Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits Flexible schedule Work Location: Hybrid remote in Nashville, TN 37204
