Role Overview We are seeking a high-caliber, strategically-minded Chief of Staff (CoS) to serve as a critical force multiplier for the executive leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will operate at the intersection of corporate strategy, operational execution, and financial innovation. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful launch of our RWA Tokenization subsidiary while ensuring seamless alignment with Prestige Shield International’s global objectives. This is not an administrative role; it is a high-level strategic position requiring a blend of business acumen, technical curiosity, and executive diplomacy. Core Responsibilities Strategic Launch Management: Spearhead the operational setup of the RWA Tokenization subsidiary, ensuring milestones for platform development, legal structuring, and market entry are met on schedule. Executive Force Multiplication: Act as a surrogate for the CEO in high-level meetings, distilling complex discussions into actionable plans and ensuring follow-through across cross-functional teams. Operational Orchestration: Design and optimize internal processes that bridge the gap between the parent company’s contracting expertise and the subsidiary’s digital asset focus. Cross-Functional Synergy: Facilitate communication and resource allocation between legal, finance, engineering, and business development departments to drive the RWA roadmap. Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a primary point of contact for strategic partners, institutional investors, and regulatory bodies within the digital asset ecosystem. Special Projects: Lead mission-critical initiatives, from overseeing complex asset audits for tokenization to managing regional expansion strategies in the North American market. Qualifications Executive Experience: 10+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth technology operations, with at least 3 years in a Chief of Staff or similar strategic leadership role. Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the Real-World Asset (RWA) Tokenization landscape, including fractional ownership, blockchain protocols, and the legal frameworks governing digital securities. Project Management Mastery: Proven track record of managing multi-layered projects from inception to completion in fast-paced, high-stakes environments. Communication Excellence: Ability to synthesize complex technical and financial concepts into compelling narratives for the Board and external stakeholders. Adaptability: A "no task is too small, no challenge is too big" mindset; comfortable navigating the ambiguity of a startup environment within a larger corporate structure.
