The organization focuses on amplifying voices often excluded from conventional healthcare narratives while addressing the real-world effects of structural inequities through research and resource connection Role Description Roselyn Initiative is seeking a Chief of Staff Intern to support the growth, coordination, and internal operations of the Initiative as we continue expanding our work across women’s health, lived-experience research, health education, and resource development. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive student interested in leadership, operations, public health, psychology, communications, or nonprofit development. The Chief of Staff Intern will work closely with the Founder to help manage workflows, support team coordination, oversee organizational systems, and assist in the continued development of the Initiative’s structure and outreach. As an early member of the team, this role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the growth and direction of a developing research and health-focused initiative. Responsibilities: Support internal coordination and organizational planning Assist with communication across teams and cohorts Help manage timelines, onboarding, and internal documents Track ongoing projects, applications, and operational workflows Support outreach, scheduling, and initiative development efforts Assist in maintaining organized systems for research and team operations Qualifications: Current high school or college student Strong organizational and communication skills Interest in women’s health, public health, psychology, nonprofit work, or research Ability to work independently and collaboratively Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable Comfortable working in a developing, fast-paced environment Additional Information: Remote position Flexible scheduling Volunteer-based, unpaid internship Trackable hours and Letters of Recommendation available.
