Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and proactive Chief of Staff. In this high-impact leadership role, you will act as a strategic partner to the executive team, serving as a force multiplier for our global initiatives and a key architect in the operational launch of our new U.S. subsidiary, Fractionera. You will play a vital role in streamlining complex workflows, bridging communication between global headquarters and the U.S. entity, and ensuring that our most critical strategic priorities are executed with precision. Core Responsibilities Executive Operations: Serve as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, managing the executive office’s rhythm of business, including board preparation, key meetings, and decision-making frameworks. Subsidiary Launch Management: Oversee the cross-functional project management of Fractionera’s U.S. rollout, ensuring all departments (Finance, Marketing, Legal, Tech) are aligned with the launch timeline. Strategic Alignment: Facilitate communication and synchronization between Script9’s global headquarters and the U.S. subsidiary to ensure organizational cohesion and mission alignment. Special Projects & Incubation: Lead high-priority, "zero-to-one" projects that fall outside traditional departmental silos, such as new market entry research or strategic partnership development. Internal Communications: Act as a bridge between the executive team and the broader organization, ensuring transparency, clarity of goals, and a unified company culture across remote teams. Performance Tracking: Develop and monitor KPIs and OKRs across the organization, providing the leadership team with data-driven insights into operational health and project progress. Qualifications Senior Leadership Experience: 15+ years of professional experience, with at least 10 years in executive operations, management consulting, or a high-growth leadership role within Technology, Fintech, or Digital Assets. Operational Excellence: Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects and scaling operations; experience in startup environments or regional subsidiary launches is highly valued. Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Ability to zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to manage the fine details; strong financial and business acumen. Technical Domain Knowledge: Proficiency with modern productivity and project management stacks, and a strong understanding of the decentralized or blockchain ecosystem. Exceptional Communication & EQ: High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships and represent the executive team to global partners. Educational Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA from a top-tier institution is strongly preferred. Why Join Us?
