Job Description
AdévaJet is looking for a Founding COO. We are building the first dedicated ultra-luxury private aviation operator for the New York to Dubai and London corridor. Gulfstream G700 and G650ER aircraft exclusively. Phoenix Circle, a hard cap of 250 ultra-high-net-worth members with a three-tier annual membership. Institutional backing committed. Capital raise actively advancing. This is not a management role at an established company. This is a build from scratch opportunity at a company with a genuine first mover story on the world's most valuable private aviation corridor. This role is not for you if: You have only managed existing operations without building from scratch. You need full organizational support infrastructure on day one. You are primarily motivated by cash over equity upside. Aviation, aerospace, luxury hospitality or regulated operations is completely foreign to your background. This role is exactly for you if: You have stood in front of a blank page before and built something operational that actually worked. You understand what it means to own a P&L in a resource-constrained environment. You have navigated complex regulatory frameworks and know how to build the compliance infrastructure that protects a company. You have hired and retained people under pressure, and they stayed because you led them well. You are genuinely excited by the idea of building the operational architecture of a company that has never existed before. What the role covers: Owning the full operational build from operator partnership execution and regulatory certification strategy through international market development and Phoenix Circle commercial infrastructure. Managing the team build across multiple global bases. Supporting the capital raise journey alongside the CEO through multiple funding stages already in motion. Sitting in investor conversations with the credibility of someone who has built something real. The structure: Founding team designation permanently. Equity of 2% to 2.5% on a four-year vest with one year cliff starting from day one of the agreement. Meaningful upside in a company targeting a significant valuation trajectory. Deferred base at market rate for a senior COO activating at bridge close. Bridge close is near term. Monthly advisory retainer accruing from day one paid as a lump sum at bridge close. Board observer rights immediately. Backgrounds we are specifically interested in: Former COO or VP Operations at a private aviation operator. Former aerospace operations executive. Former defense or government contracting operational leader. Former luxury hospitality COO with multi-site international experience.
