Role Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead and optimize the firm’s global operations. This role will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for translating strategic vision into operational performance, building scalable infrastructure, and ensuring institutional-grade processes across all business functions. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in financial services, digital assets, or derivatives markets, combined with a strong track record of building and managing high-performance teams in fast-growing environments. Key Responsibilities Operational Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee scalable operational frameworks to support rapid business growth and global expansion. Strategic Execution: Partner closely with the CEO and executive team to execute company strategy, set KPIs, and drive measurable outcomes across all departments. Infrastructure & Systems: Build and optimize internal systems, workflows, and reporting structures to ensure efficiency, transparency, and data-driven decision-making. Risk & Compliance Oversight: Collaborate with legal and compliance functions to ensure adherence to relevant regulatory frameworks, particularly within digital asset and derivatives markets. Performance Management: Establish operational metrics, monitor performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives across trading support, research operations, and client delivery. Cross-Functional Coordination: Align trading, research, technology, and client-facing teams to ensure seamless execution of strategy services. Team Building & Leadership: Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence. Vendor & Partner Management: Oversee relationships with external service providers, technology partners, and infrastructure vendors. Qualifications 8–15+ years of experience in operations leadership roles within financial services, hedge funds, proprietary trading firms, or digital asset companies Strong understanding of crypto derivatives markets , trading infrastructure, and institutional workflows Proven experience scaling operations in a startup or high-growth environment Demonstrated ability to build systems, processes, and teams from the ground up Deep familiarity with risk management, compliance, and regulatory considerations in global markets Exceptional analytical, organizational, and execution capabilities Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders Experience working in remote and distributed teams Preferred Qualifications Background in quantitative trading, structured products, or derivatives strategy Prior experience in a strategy-based or advisory-driven business model Exposure to family offices or institutional client servicing MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, or related field What We Offer Fully remote, U.S.-based role with global exposure Opportunity to shape operations at a high-growth crypto strategy firm Direct impact on strategic direction and organizational scaling Competitive compensation with performance-based incentives
