Role Description This is a full-time remote position for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee daily operations, drive strategic business planning, manage budgeting and financial processes, and optimize operational efficiency. This role requires working closely with other executives and teams to ensure organizational goals are met and to drive business growth. Qualifications Strong expertise in Business Planning and strategic operations. Proven experience in Operations Management and driving efficient processes. Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess and enhance performance metrics. Solid knowledge in Finance and Budgeting for effective resource allocation. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders. Experience in FinTech, banking, or financial services is highly desirable. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
