The successful candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end operations, including capacity planning, site selection, factory start-up, and driving industrial automation and digital ops. The COO will also oversee project delivery, service programs, and partner with the CFO on operating plans and budgets. A key aspect of the role is to ensure quality and compliance, and to build and mentor high-performance teams that embody a culture of operational excellence. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, business, or a related field, with an advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive operations leadership experience, including 5 years in large-scale manufacturing or multi-site operations, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process optimization, program management, and integrating automation and digital operations. Strong financial acumen, leadership, and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams.
