The COO will provide executive-level oversight of all internal operational functions, ensuring that day-to-day business activities are in line with the division's goals and objectives. Key responsibilities include supervising operational staff, coordinating performance management processes, guiding strategic communications, and ensuring system-level integration across various functions such as finance, HR, legal, IT, and administration. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing efficiency across strategic initiatives, supporting data-driven decision-making, and maintaining effective collaboration with internal stakeholders. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years' of experience in a relevant program area, with a minimum of 2 years' in a supervisory role. Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience is acceptable.
