The COO will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, and the management of various business lines. This role demands a leader who can drive disciplined, sustainable change, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, and will be expected to uphold the company's core mission, vision, and values. Candidates for the COO position at the company should have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or a related field, with a preference for a Master's degree. A minimum of 5 years of senior-level operations experience in a large medical group is required.
