The COO will oversee daily business operations, manage and optimize processes, and develop business plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, managing budgeting activities, and ensuring financial and operational efficiency. The COO will collaborate closely with leaders across departments to drive growth, streamline operations, and support the company’s mission. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Planning and Operations Management, with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives Proficient in Analytical Skills and problem-solving to assess performance and define opportunities for improvement Experience in Finance and Budgeting to manage financial planning, forecasting, and cost control effectively Exceptional leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders Proven track record in a senior management position, preferably in a similar industry Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related fields (preferred)
