Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer at Evergreen Capital Management LLP. The COO will oversee organizational operations, ensure seamless execution of business strategies, and manage resources efficiently to achieve the company’s goals. Responsibilities include designing operational policies, overseeing budgeting and financial planning, optimizing business processes, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to drive excellence and innovation. Qualifications Knowledge and experience in Business Planning and strategic development Proficiency in Operations Management, including process optimization and resource allocation Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics and implement data-driven decisions Expertise in Finance and Budgeting for effective cost management and resource planning Proven leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred Experience in asset management or private equity is a strong advantage
