Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO). The COO will oversee the daily operations of the company, drive strategic business planning, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing financial planning, budgeting, and operational workflows to promote efficiency and align resources with strategic objectives. The COO will work closely with leadership to support company growth and optimize internal processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Planning and Operations Management to guide organizational strategy and optimize workflows. Strong Analytical Skills for decision-making and addressing operational challenges. Experience in Finance and Budgeting to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation. Proven ability to collaborate with leadership and align team performance around strategic goals. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). Prior experience in commercial real estate financing or related industries is a plus. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote work environment.
