Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to oversee the company’s daily operations and drive organizational efficiency, scalability, and growth. The COO will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to execute business strategies, optimize operational processes, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the company achieves its short-term and long-term objectives. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with exceptional operational, organizational, and communication skills, capable of building high-performing teams and improving business performance in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement company strategies and operational goals. Translate strategic plans into actionable business initiatives and measurable outcomes. Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and operational best practices. Support fundraising, investor relations, and business expansion initiatives when necessary. Operations Management Oversee daily business operations across departments including operations, HR, finance, customer support, compliance, and administration. Develop and improve operational systems, processes, and internal controls. Ensure operational efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness across the organization. Establish KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting systems to monitor company performance. Team Leadership Build, mentor, and manage department heads and operational teams. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and high performance. Lead organizational planning, workforce development, and talent management initiatives. Assist in recruiting senior-level employees and developing leadership succession plans. Financial & Business Oversight Work closely with finance teams on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor operational expenses and identify opportunities for optimization. Support revenue growth initiatives and strategic partnerships. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies. Process Optimization Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions. Improve workflow automation, reporting structures, and business systems. Manage risk assessment and crisis management procedures. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational areas.
