Most operators maintain systems. This role is about building the machine behind a company scaling at extreme speed. We’re looking for a COO who can step into operational chaos, create structure from scratch, and build the financial and operational infrastructure required to scale multiple DTC brands aggressively without breaking the business. You’ll own operations, finance, risk, supply chain, systems, and execution end-to-end. Operating as the Chief of the backend of the company while working directly with the founder on scaling the organization to the next level. You will Own operations and finance end-to-end, including systems, reporting, people, execution, and outcomes Build scalable SOPs, dashboards, ownership structures, operational workflows, and reporting systems across the organization Create financial visibility through accurate forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, cashflow systems, and operational planning Build systems that proactively identify operational failures, checkout issues, payment problems, inventory risks, and fulfillment bottlenecks before they materially impact the business Oversee inventory planning, supplier communication, procurement workflows, warehouse coordination, landed costs, and operational forecasting Build and scale the operations and finance team over time, including hiring, onboarding, accountability systems, and role ownership Remove founder dependency across operations and finance by taking ownership of execution, systems, and operational complexity Identify risks, inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and scaling constraints proactively - and solve them quickly Operate with urgency and execute high-impact initiatives that materially improve the company’s ability to scale WHO YOU ARE You have 3+ years of experience operating in high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or performance-driven businesses You have strong operational and financial competency across forecasting, reconciliation, reporting, systems building, and operational infrastructure You have experience building systems and processes from scratch not just managing existing operations You are highly analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of identifying operational risks and inefficiencies early You operate with extreme ownership and are comfortable making decisions independently without needing constant direction You are comfortable handling ambiguity, competing priorities, operational fires, and high-pressure environments while maintaining speed and execution quality You can work cross-functionally across finance, operations, supply chain, systems and execution You are ambitious, hungry, and motivated by building somethi
