Who You Are: The Chief People Officer (“CPO”) will serve as a strategic business partner and architect of Nutrabolt’s people strategy, designing and executing programs that attract, develop, and retain top talent. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CPO will work closely with the CEO, Board, and senior leaders to build an agile, high-performing organization that supports Nutrabolt’s continued growth and innovation. This leader will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, development, total rewards, workforce design, and organizational effectiveness, while ensuring alignment between people, culture, and business priorities. What You're Good At: The successful candidate will bring both strategic vision and hands-on execution, leveraging technology, AI, data, and automation to enhance workforce efficiency and decision-making. A champion of culture, this individual will reimagine the employee-journey to strengthen connection, engagement, and growth at every stage of the lifecycle. They will foster leadership excellence through performance management and succession planning, while optimizing HR systems and processes to support a modern, agile workplace.Specifically, the CPO will: Serve as a credible and strategic partner to the business, the CEO, executive leadership team, and Board, bringing a forward-thinking approach from day one. Assess and understand the company’s true objectives, while maintaining and building upon the strong foundation already in place. Partner with the executive team as an advisor, coaching senior leaders and aligning leadership on culture, performance, and strategic priorities. Develop talent development programs to focus on identifying high potential talent and career pathing. Reimagine and elevate the employee-journey, enhancing satisfaction, connection, and career growth at every stage of the employee lifecycle to strengthen the employee/employer bond. Lead strategic workforce planning and design, anticipating organizational needs and building scalable, agile people strategies that align with Nutrabolt’s growth plans. Build and lead high-performing HR, talent, and learning and development teams that are proactive, data-driven, and regarded as true partners to the business. Develop innovative, technology-enabled workforce solutions, leveraging AI and automation to improve efficiency and streamline workflows. Partner closely with IT and technology teams to align tools, systems, and processes with business goals. Champion culture, preserving the qualities that make Nutrabolt’s culture distinctive and attractive while fueling continued engagement, agility, and collaboration across all levels of the organization. Drive functional and business transformation that supports performance, innovation, and adaptability during periods of change and growth.
