Job Description
The Chief Product Officer (CPO) provides executive leadership for product strategy, development, and portfolio management across the organization’s dual business environments. This role leads the organization’s transformation from project-based delivery to a product-based strategy, establishing scalable product discipline across both established certification products and emerging global education offerings. The CPO builds and embeds the capabilities required to support this shift, enabling faster decision‑making, reduced friction to market, and stronger product outcomes. The role balances the demands of regulated, high‑stakes testing products with the speed, iteration, and product‑market fit required for emerging education offerings. The Chief Product Officer will promote and support the Inteleos culture of inclusivity. Core Responsibilities Establish product vision and strategic direction across the organization, defining how product serves both mature certification business and emerging education and international markets; Lead product portfolio decisions and resource allocation, setting priorities across all product initiatives; Design and implement a product operating model that supports both the optimization of mature, regulated products and the rapid development of new offerings through discovery and iteration; Partner with the Executive Team to align product strategy with business strategy, market opportunities, and operational capabilities; Conduct comprehensive assessment of current product capabilities, gaps, and opportunities and design the organizational product structure that serves both business units; Align team structure, roles, and accountability to enable effective execution across business units; Build and institutionalize product frameworks and processes that enable sustained product discipline and scalability; Establish decision‑making governance that accele
