Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). The CRO will develop and lead revenue-generation strategies, oversee sales operations, and manage key accounts to drive business growth. The role involves crafting strategic plans, optimizing lead generation processes, and cultivating client relationships to enhance organizational revenue streams. The CRO will closely collaborate with other leadership teams to align company goals while strategizing and implementing scalable processes for long-term success. Qualifications Proven expertise in Lead Generation and Account Management to drive business outcomes and foster client relationships Strong skills in Sales and Sales Operations with experience in implementing sales strategies to exceed revenue targets Proficiency in Strategic Planning to align organizational objectives and identify new growth opportunities Advanced leadership, analytical, and decision-making capabilities Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with teams Previous leadership experience in revenue-centric roles; experience in the SaaS or subscription-based service industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent preferred
