Role Description We are seeking a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) for a full-time, remote role. The CSO will be responsible for leading and overseeing the organization's entire sales function. This includes developing sales strategies, managing sales operations, building and managing high-performing sales teams, and identifying new opportunities to drive revenue growth. The CSO will collaborate closely with other executives to align sales plans with overarching business goals and will be accountable for achieving sales targets and fostering a customer-focused culture within the organization. Qualifications Strong expertise in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets Experience in Sales Operations and proficiency in using CRM tools and analytics to drive sales performance Leadership skills in Team Management and the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams Proficiency in Training team members to improve sales techniques, productivity, and overall effectiveness Strategic thinking capability with a focus on aligning sales strategies with business objectives Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus Experience in technology or creative industries is an advantage
