Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Strategy Officer at HUB MAD FinTech. The Chief Strategy Officer will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s comprehensive business strategy. This includes overseeing strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities, driving financial planning, and providing executive leadership to align the organization’s vision and long-term goals. Regular tasks will involve evaluating market trends, analyzing data to guide decision-making, collaborating with leadership teams, and ensuring cross-departmental alignment on strategic objectives. Qualifications Expertise in Business Planning and ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives Strong Analytical and Strategic Planning skills to evaluate and adapt to market trends effectively Solid knowledge of Finance with a focus on guiding financial decisions and resource management Proven Executive Management experience with a track record of leading high-performing teams Ability to think critically, problem-solve, and make evidence-based decisions Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills Experience in the FinTech industry is highly desirable Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred
