Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). The CSO will be responsible for leading the organization’s strategic planning efforts, identifying growth opportunities, and driving financial discipline to achieve long-term success. Daily responsibilities include evaluating business operations, formulating and implementing strategic initiatives, overseeing business planning processes, and collaborating with executive teams to align goals with the company vision. The CSO will also monitor market trends and analyze data to support decision-making and ensure the organization remains competitive. Qualifications Expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning, with a proven ability to formulate and execute effective strategies Strong Analytical Skills and experience in data-driven decision-making to evaluate business opportunities and operational performance Comprehensive understanding of Finance and financial management to support sustainable growth and profitability Experience in Executive Management roles, with leadership capabilities to drive collaboration and align organizational goals Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred Experience in the investment or financial services industry is a plus
