Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Child Care Assistant Teacher, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help nurture and inspire young learners. In this role, you will support classroom activities, assist with lesson planning, and foster a safe, engaging environment for children from toddlers to preschool age. Your positive energy and strong communication skills will contribute to the development of foundational skills in literacy, math, social-emotional learning, and more. Assist lead teachers in implementing daily lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including Montessori and other educational frameworks Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop social skills Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote literacy, math, arts, and physical development Help create a nurturing environment that caters to individual needs, including working with children with autism or disabilities Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning and play Communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members to ensure a collaborative approach to child development Support special education initiatives and adapt activities for diverse learning needs Participate in ongoing training related to childhood development, behavior management, and curriculum development Prior experience working with young children in daycare, preschool, or private school settings is highly preferred Knowledge of early childhood education principles such as Montessori or preschool methodologies is advantageous Experience supporting children with special needs or developmental delays is a plus Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and families Demonstrated ability to work patiently and compassionately with children of varying abilities and backgrounds Previous experience in lesson planning or curriculum development is beneficial but not required Join us in creating a joyful learning environment where every child feels valued and supported!
