Job Overview We are looking to fill a Full time position. (Must be 21years of age)We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Childcare Worker to join our vibrant team, committed to nurturing and supporting the development of children in a safe and engaging environment. This is for our Infant and Toddler side Responsibilities Deliver high-quality childcare by supervising children during play, learning activities, meals, and rest periods. Implement age-appropriate educational programs that promote childhood development, early learning skills, and social-emotional growth. Ensure the safety of all children by maintaining vigilant supervision and adhering to health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Experience Prior experience working with children in daycare, preschool, babysitting, nannying, or classroom settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education practices. Experience caring for infants and toddlers, including diapering, feeding, and engaging them in age-specific activities. Familiarity with behavior management techniques suitable for young children. Certification in first aid and CPR is required; additional training in working with individuals with disabilities is advantageous. Proven ability to create a nurturing environment that supports learning through play and exploration. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with families and team members.
