Job Description
Reports To Child Nutrition Maintenance Supervisor Work Year Days 250 Primary Purpose Under general supervision, assist in coordinating, purchasing, and inventory of a variety of parts for Child Nutrition Program kitchen equipment. Maintain parts room, coordinate and control inventory program, pickup and deliver parts upon request, and see that all parts are charged to the proper accounts using a computerized maintenance management system. Qualifications Education/Certification : High School diploma or GED Clear and valid Texas driver's license Special Knowledge/Skills: Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to handle multiple tasks with efficiency and accuracy Ability to perform mathematical calculations Experience working with software applications in use at Frisco ISD including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), GoogleDocs, Google sheets, Eduphoria, and database application Ability to diagnose and resolve problems Ability to use hand and power tools Ability to work independently Ability to be flexible with work hours Experience: 2 years of experience in kitchen knowledge and equipment preferred 3-5 years experience in administrative support position preferred Previous customer service experience Major Responsibilities and Duties Promote participation in Frisco ISD Child Nutrition Programs through developing positive professional relationships with all Frisco Independent School District staff.
