Key Responsibilities Provide thought leadership and expand eminence in child welfare Develop marketing and business plans to grow child welfare work Manage projects as principal investigator, overseeing study design and client relationships Required Qualifications Doctoral degree in a relevant field with 7 years of experience, or a Master's degree with 11 years of experience 10+ years of project leadership experience, including proposal writing and project management Established reputation in child welfare and strong connections in the field Experience in leading proposals and securing competitive grants/contracts Familiarity with federal and state procurement processes
