The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education and experience in toddler/preschool care, childcare, and classroom/center/staff management. Duties: Manage day-to-day operations of the childcare center Develop and implement educational programs to promote child development Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children Supervise and support staff members in their roles Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress Requirements: Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education Knowledge of first aid procedures Strong ability to educate and engage with children Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Certification in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field is a plus This position offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while leading a dedicated team of childcare professionals.
