In this vital role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that promotes childhood development and learning.Your energy, compassion, and expertise will help children thrive during their formative years, whether in a daycare setting, as a nanny, or through babysitting services.This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to foster growth, support families, and contribute to early childhood education.Responsibilities Provide attentive care to children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning, creativity, and social skills in line with childhood development principles Support children with daily routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and hygiene practices Manage behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management techniques Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's progress, milestones, and any concerns Assist with classroom organization in daycare or preschool environments to foster a structured and welcoming atmosphere Administer basic first aid when necessary and respond promptly to any emergencies or health issues Skills Proven experience working with children in childcare settings such as daycare centers or as a nanny or babysitter Strong knowledge of early childhood education practices and childhood development milestones Ability to handle infants' needs including infant care routines and toddler care activities Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies Familiarity with working with individuals with disabilities to provide inclusive care Certification in first aid and CPR to ensure safety during emergencies Excellent communication skills for engaging with children, parents, and team members effectively Embark on a rewarding career where your nurturing spirit fuels children's growth while supporting families.We value energetic professionals committed to creating positive experiences that foster curiosity, confidence, and joy in every child's day!
