Childcare Provider-Nursery

Pleasant Grove Christian Learning Center is hiring for a full time childcare employee Applicants must have experience caring for infants.We are seeking reliable, personable individuals, who are motivated, willing and able to take initiative in a classroom.Applicants must:-be able to work full time, daily 8 hours shifts, 40 hours a week -must have reliable transportation daily -must be organized -must be reliable -must be motivated and able to take initiative in a classroom.-must be able to follow our policies and procedures.Job Responsibilities:-provide a safe and nurturing environment -ensure children are accounted for and supervised at all times -build and maintain positive relationships with children, co workers and parents -work together with other staff in a classroom to create an age appropriate monthly lesson plan -daily cleaning including but not limited to- sweeping, vacuuming and mopping -daily disinfecting of toys, equipment and surfaces Job requirements -18 years or older -high school diploma or GED -obtain a TB skin test or T.B assessment -undergo and pass background checks -physically active and able to lift 25 lbs, stand for periods of time, crouch and kneel frequently -ongoing training required yearly Benefits -paid holidays after completion of the 90 working day probationary period -paid vacation after 1 year of employment -childcare discounts Job Type:Full-time Pay:$12.00 - $13.00 per hour Benefits:Employee discount Paid time off Application Question(s):If hired when would you be available to begin work?
