Job Summary Join Hughston Swim Ranch (HSR) as a Swim Instruction Partner and help us deliver premium, results-oriented lessons in a boutique environment.We are seeking high-level professionals who are technical experts in stroke development and safety.Unlike large-scale commercial programs, HSR offers a private, focused setting where your mastery is rewarded with North Texas's most competitive professional rates.Responsibilities Instructional Excellence:Lead students through technical progressions (Red Cross Levels 1-3).Safety Mastery:Maintain an impeccable safety record with constant, vigilant supervision.Deliverables:Independently manage lesson flow to drive rapid, verifiable student progression in breath control, buoyancy, and stroke mechanics.Parent Partnership:Provide clear, technical updates to parents regarding student milestones.Compensation (Tiered Professional Rates) We offer a transparent, performance-based pay structure to attract and retain elite talent:Base Rate:$20/hour (2 years or less experience).Experience Bumps:+$3/hour (3-4 years) +$5/hour (5years).Experience is counted per calendar year of active instruction.Certification Bumps:+$12/hour for verifiable Red Cross WSI or LGI certification.+$8/hour for verifiable Red Cross Lifeguard certification.Potential:An elite instructor with 5years of experience and WSI/LGI starts at $37/hour.Schedule & Dates Shift:Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM.Term:May 26 - July 31 (Off weeks:June 8 and June 29).Requirements Instructional Integrity:Proven history of teaching children with measurable results.Technical Authority:Expert understanding of stroke mechanics (Freestyle side-breathing, Breaststroke kick, etc.).Reliability:Exceptional punctuality is a non-negotiable requirement for our 8:00 AM start times.Certifications:Valid Red Cross certifications are required for premium pay tiers.Pay:$20.00 - $37.00 per hour Application Question(s):List every calendar year in which you taught swim lessons for at least 3 months (e.g., 2021, 2022, 2024) Which valid certifications do you currently hold?
