Job description We have built and are currently expanding a world class clinic focused on solving healthcare puzzles for hundreds of patients. Our clinic directors are looking for a Chiropractic Assistant Coordinator (CAC) with strong organizational skills, get-it-done management style, and the communication style that blends leadership and management. Our passion drives our practice and our systems support our business. Requirements for this position include: The right candidate will be a self-starter, able to see what needs to be done and handle what comes up with minimal direction. Great people skills – able to work with a variety of personalities with a positive approach Detail oriented – able to organize systems and provide follow- up to be sure that all office procedures are running smoothly Professional in Appearance and Demeanor Able to maintain Confidentiality Compassionate, Punctual and Reliable Bilingual Preferred but not required (English and Spanish) Fluent communicator -- both verbally and in writing Proficiency with computer systems, in particular Microsoft office. Insurance billing experience is a plus High School Diploma (college or diplomas preferred) Valid driver's license Job duties include: Ability to handle heavy phone activity & messaging Greeting Patients Scheduling appointments Assist with marketing and promotion events Collecting money and recording it into Excel Verifying insurance benefits Recall Patients Daily posting of Co-pays/Payments/Balancing of moneys at end of day Prep Electronic/Regular Charts Scan Medical Records Process Medical Record Releases and Take chart notes during patient treatments Help create and send out E-Newsletters Office supply ordering Take inventory weekly and order products for the office Send out patient welcome packets, birthday cards, referral rewards Maintain and creating office protocols for front office and chiropractor Assist with taking Blood Pressure, Weights and Measurements, and ensuring patients are comfortable in the treatment room Light office tidy-up Assist with our monthly health lectures About us: We are a smoke and fragrance-free office.
