Job OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Chiropractic Assistant / Receptionist to join our healthcare team.This role is vital in providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting clinical operations within a busy chiropractic clinic.The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, familiarity with electronic health records, and excellent communication abilities to ensure smooth daily operations and positive patient experiences.Duties Greet patients warmly and manage front desk operations with professionalism and courtesy.High Energy.Positive Attitude Schedule appointments efficiently using EMR system Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance verification processes, including Medicare and other third-party payers Collect payments Maintain and update patient records within EMR/EHR Handle phone systems, answer inquiries, and provide excellent patient service with proper phone and texting etiquette Manage intake forms, care plans, and documentation review for compliance with HIPAA regulations Assist with data entry tasks Support clinic operations by managing office supplies, filing systems, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth workflow and ensure accurate medical records management Requirements Prior experience preferred but not necessary if you a rock star (not literally)!
