Position Summary We are seeking a driven, relationship-focused Marketing Coordinator to help grow our chiropractic practice through attorney relationships, medical referrals, employer outreach, and community networking. This role is responsible for increasing qualified workers’ compensation, personal injury, insurance, and cash-pay patient referrals while strengthening the clinic’s local presence and reputation. The ideal candidate understands healthcare relationship marketing, is comfortable networking in person, and can track measurable growth through referral development and patient acquisition efforts. Personal injury patients Workers comp patients Health insurance patients Cash/wellness patients We are looking for someone who can combine community outreach, referral relationship building, and digital marketing to grow the practice. Responsibilities Build relationships with PI attorneys and local businesses Manage social media and online reputation Increase Google reviews and local visibility Help generate patient referrals and reactivations Track leads, referrals, and marketing performance Assist with promotions and wellness campaigns Community & Outreach Attend networking events Visit law offices and medical offices weekly Coordinate lunch-and-learns Build local partnerships Set up employer wellness programs Preferred Qualifications Healthcare or chiropractic marketing experience preferred Strong communication and networking skills Familiarity with social media and local marketing Organized, dependable, and self-motivated PI or medical referral experience is a plus Schedule Part-time Flexible hours (20–30 hours/week) Compensation Hourly pay + performance bonuses Send resume and short description of your marketing/outreach experience.
