Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled or trainable Chocolatier to join our team in creating delicious and visually appealing chocolate confections.The ideal candidate will have a passion for chocolate-making and a creative flair to craft unique and high-quality products.Responsibilities: Prepare a variety of chocolate products such as truffles, bonbons, and bars from company recipes- Temper chocolate to achieve the desired texture and appearance- Decorate and package finished products for retail sale- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the chocolate production area- Follow food safety standards and regulations during all stages of chocolate production- Collaborate with team members to develop new recipes and flavors Skills: Experience in food handling, culinary arts, or related field- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures- Proficiency in catering, kitchen operations, and food preparation techniques- Familiarity with pastry techniques and chocolate tempering methods- Strong attention to detail and precision in chocolate decoration- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment- Previous experience in food production, preferably in a restaurant or confectionery setting If you are passionate about creating delectable chocolates and have the skills to bring innovative ideas to our team, we would love to hear from you.Join us in crafting exceptional chocolate creations that delight our customers!
