Job category Academic Staff Employment type Regular Job profile Project Coordinator Job summary UW Health and the UW School of Medicine Public Health established the Center for High Value Imaging (CHVI) to improve patient access, experience and outcomes through high-value imaging. A patient-centered strategy, high-value imaging aims to improve patient access and experience as well as maximize actionable imaging-derived information. This efficiency is core to being good stewards of our human and technological resources. CHVI’s multiyear plan focuses on three domains: patient care and community service, research and innovation, as well as education. Projects within the domains will feed into each other, while always keeping the patient as the primary focus. We are looking for a project coordinator who can strengthen our high functioning team by providing administrative and organizational support. As well as opportunities for growth, the successful candidate will be someone who has effective communication skills, a high level of coordination and organization, and a demonstrated ability to succeed in dynamic, goal driven, fast-paced team environments. The primary responsibilities for this role include: providing administrative, logistical, and communicative support to project managers and CHVI team to ensure projects are completed within scope, coordinating, managing, and tracking projects in project management software, and contributing new ideas and solutions for process improvement. Additional Information This position may require some work to be performed in-person, onsite, at a designated campus work location. Some work may be performed remotely, at an offsite, non-campus work location. Candidates who demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities will be given first consideration: 1.
