Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations during assigned shifts, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies. Lead and motivate the team to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment. Assist in staff training and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control. Utilize POS systems effectively to manage transactions and track sales. Collaborate with management on budgeting and inventory control to optimize operational efficiency. Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. Qualifications Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Leader in a similar leadership role within the food service or restaurant management industry is preferred but not necessary. Strong team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide staff effectively. Knowledge of dining standards and practices is desirable. Experience in staff training, kitchen management, and food service management is advantageous. Familiarity with POS systems and their functionalities is essential. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
