Develop and execute recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for assigned positions. Employ traditional sourcing strategies and resources as well as developing new, creative recruiting ideas. Operate as a point of contact for client, contractor and candidate matters. Build and maintain Client and Contractor relationships and deliver a high level of customer service to all. Execute the steps of the placement cycle for customers and orders while complying with company policy, employment law, and code of business conduct. Principle Responsibilities Utilize Internet resources, internal database, network, and innovative candidate sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates Understand clients" business and initiatives, as well as their specific technical and cultural environments to best match the career goals of candidates with their hiring needs Serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting cycle Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for clients" needs Build and maintain relationships with candidates to match them with the best opportunities Work closely with the Sales team to understand and fill job requirements Attend networking events and client appointments with Sales representatives when needed Reach and or exceed weekly and monthly individual performance metric goals Develop effective recruiting plans and strategies fo
