Role Description We are seeking a Civil Design Engineer for a full-time, on-site position located in the United States. In this role, the Civil Design Engineer will be responsible for contributing to infrastructure projects, creating civil engineering designs, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will perform tasks related to stormwater management, land development, roadway design, and other critical civil engineering functions. Daily responsibilities include drafting and reviewing design plans, conducting site assessments, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and producing technical reports. The role requires a strong ability to solve engineering challenges efficiently and to provide innovative solutions for project success. Qualifications Proficient in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering principles, with strong problem-solving skills. Experience with Stormwater Management and Land Development, including knowledge of applicable regulations and best practices. Skilled in Roadway Design and infrastructure planning for various types of projects. Strong proficiency with relevant design and analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and familiarity with GIS tools. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field; a Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred. Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Understanding of construction practices, environmental regulations, and documentation standards specific to civil engineering projects. Prior experience in site development and managing engineering projects is highly desirable.
