Responsibilities Strong general design and technical knowledge for site planning and permitting · Strong technical knowledge of site development (grading, drainage, sanitary, water supply, etc.) · Able to interpret and apply applicable code requirements, prepare technical reports, work with permitting agencies and perform construction administration duties · Proficient in AutoCAD computer based systems, preferable Civil 3D · Strong verbal and written communication skills · Desire to learn and work in a collaborative environment Pay: $77,637.30 - $93,498.69 per year Benefits Relocation assistance Work Location: In person
