Litigation Associate Lancaster, PA | Full-Time | Onsite Overview Mazoogi is partnered with a well-established regional litigation firm representing insurers, transportation companies, and commercial clients in high-exposure matters. This firm is known for its fast-paced litigation model and early case ownership, handling complex claims from inception through resolution. Unlike traditional firms, attorneys here are expected to take immediate responsibility for active caseloads and contribute to litigation strategy early in their careers. What You’ll Do Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses Conduct depositions, attend court appearances, and participate in mediations Work directly with clients including insurers, transportation companies, and commercial entities Assist in trial preparation and gain hands-on courtroom exposure What They’re Looking For 1–8 years of litigation experience required Experience handling cases independently preferred Strong writing and analytical skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environment Pennsylvania Bar admission required Why This Role Immediate case ownership (not stuck doing doc review) Real deposition and courtroom exposure early Direct client interaction Opportunity to build trial experience quickly Strong bonus structure. Annual base salary range $100,000-$160,000 commensurate with experience.
