Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and process-driven professional to join our team as a Claims Adjuster. No prior insurance or claims experience is required. We will train the right candidate! This is an in-office role in a structured, team-oriented environment. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly organized, and comfortable handling documentation, deadlines, and client communication. Candidates should be flexible and open to opportunities in other departments if, during the interview process, we determine their skills may be a stronger fit for a different role within the company. Key Responsibilities Handle trucking claims from start to resolution, including those that may involve legal matters. Work with outside attorneys when needed and stay informed on case progress and outcomes. Support the litigation process by helping assess risk and case strategy. Assist in developing practical approaches to resolving claims efficiently. Coordinate investigations for serious accidents and help ensure timely response. Review policy coverage and prepare appropriate coverage correspondence when necessary. Participate in settlement discussions and help move claims toward fair and timely resolution. Maintain clear, organized documentation and provide regular updates on claim activity. Qualifications Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and receive coaching. Energetic, enthusiastic, and team-focused demeanor. Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Professional phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills. Effective under pressure with strong problem-solving capabilities. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Education High school diploma or equivalent Work Schedule Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6/7PM Anticipate that the workdays will end anytime between 6:00 pm and 7:00 pm Occasional overtime Expected hours: 45 per week Compensation & Benefits Pay: Up to $28.00 per hour Benefits Include: 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Flexible schedule Bonus and commission opportunities Additional Information This is a full-time, on-site position based in Riverside/Moreno Valley, CA.
