A company is looking for a Subrogation & Arbitration Claims Associate. Key Responsibilities Investigates and confirms facts of loss for advanced automobile accidents, determining coverage, liability, and damages Handles all aspects of advanced auto claims with discretion and independence, utilizing increased authority Assesses subrogation or fraud potential and applies experience in various specialty positions within claims Required Qualifications Knowledge of insurance policies and industry standards Experience in claims investigation and negotiation Ability to evaluate and negotiate injury claims Understanding of vehicle body parts and potential property damage Experience at the Adjuster II level or in specialty claims positions
