Title: Business Analyst – Claims (Guidewire ClaimCenter) Type: 6-Month Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Hybrid - 3 days on site Location This role is hybrid and can sit out of the following offices: Chicago, IL Dallas-Fort Worth (Plano), TX Houston, TX Milwaukee (Wauwatosa), WI New York, NY Omaha, NE Overview Insight Global is seeking 2 Business Analysts with strong Property & Casualty claims experience to support enhancements within Guidewire ClaimCenter. This is a claims-first role — deep understanding of the end-to-end claims lifecycle is critical. Must-Have Experience 2+ years working directly with claims operations Strong understanding of the full claims lifecycle Background in Property & Casualty (P&C) claims Workers’ Comp or Specialty lines preferred Experience: Gathering requirements from claims stakeholders Writing user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria Supporting UAT and validating solutions against claims workflows Ability to act as a bridge between business (claims) and IT teams Experience working in an Agile environment Nice to Have Guidewire ClaimCenter experience (functional / BA side) Exposure to low-code / no-code configuration Experience identifying or proposing claims process improvements Day-to-Day Responsibilities Partner with claims teams to identify system enhancements and issues Translate operational needs into ClaimCenter requirements Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams Support backlog refinement, sprint ceremonies, demos, and UAT
