Services are offered on both project and retainer bases, allowing CORE to provide dedicated and tailored solutions to meet client needs. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sharonville, OH for a Claims Intake Associate. The role involves handling and processing insurance claims, gathering necessary documentation, ensuring records are accurate, and maintaining effective communication with clients and stakeholders. The Claims Intake Associate will also provide superior customer service, support risk management consulting activities, and collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience Proficiency in Claims Handling and related processes Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written Solid Analytical Skills to evaluate and process claims effectively Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Experience in the insurance or risk management industries is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in related fields is advantageous
