Job Summary Manage claims of low complexity with supervision and guidance from the manager utilizing current Claims technology. Conduct thorough investigations in order to determine coverage and claim payment amounts owed. Responsibilities also include proactive file management, adequate reserving, and participating in training activities. Work Location This position is an in-office role located in West Bend, WI. No remote opportunities for this position are available until training is completed. What You’ll Do Deliver a high level of customer service by guiding claimants through the process with professionalism and empathy Investigate claims thoroughly to determine coverage and appropriate payment Manage claim files proactively, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and proper documentation Establish and maintain appropriate reserves Follow department guidelines and audit standards Participate in ongoing training and development to build your expertise What You Bring 0–2 years of experience (claims, customer service, or related experience is a plus) Comfort working with technology and learning new systems Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational skills A problem-solving mindset and attention to detail A genuine focus on delivering great customer experiences Education Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field preferred Why Join Us? The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. Compensation decisions are made by West Bend and are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
